    Excellent service by owner who was very friendly and was willing to tell us about the history of the building and area. Clean and tidy rooms that were beautifully decorated. Felt like I was home away from home. Friendly breakfast that was very healthy and accommodating to gluten free diet needs. Close location to bouchtouche dunes, giant lobster in shediac and parlee beach.

    Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Owner is delightful and very welcoming. Breakfast was more than I expected. I highly recommend a visit.

    We stayed 2 nights at Madison Mer de Cocagne. What a lovely place! Clean and beautiful. Guylane is a wonderful hostess - friendly, helpful, great conversation. The breakfast was delicious. Cocagne has good access to interesting locations on the Acadian coast.
